Instructions
Cut the calamansi limes widthwise, so into half globes.
Squeeze through a fork onto your recipe. The fork will catch the seeds, so you don't have to go fishing for them.To make lime juice, just dissolve 2-3 Tbsp of white in 250ml of water (1 cup). Then add the juice of 5 calamansi limes, and stir. Add more sugar if you want it sweeter.
